Noah couldn't believe it was really Halloween! He said, "I'm so happy I could cry!" He hopped around and twitched his nose to his heart's content. Handy Manny has "a widdle code" so he wasn't quite so chipper.

When you feel happy, show the world...twitch your nose, hop around, let it spread to others.
